This is the worst hospital in the area, unless you or a loved one plan on dying. And then in that case, be prepared for the nurses and site manager to be completely without empathy or show any kind of respect and compassion. The ICU nurses are trash, specifically the male nurse who’s name started with a B and has neck tattoos and a nose ring and another one who’s name I did not get but she was a young Asian girl who has maybe been a nurse for a year. They are both disrespectful and should be removed from the ICU unit. Jill, who I believe, is the site manager is also disrespectful and rude. If you can make it to Beaumont, I highly recommended it. I would not even rate this place a 1.

So my husband rushed me in on Christmas eve (because it was faster than 911), and luckily a nurse met us at drop off. I was wheeled to front desk and instantly taken back and cared for. This hospital has always been my first choice but now they definitely always will be. Definitely nurse Stacy went above and beyond for me, checking back in every 10- 15 mins once I was stable, she even called into my job for me! The staff definitely went above and beyond

Last night was my second visit to this emergency room. The first visit was for myself. They got me in and out in no time flat. Not only were they fast they were attentive and accurate in assessing my issues. Second time I had to bring my daughter it took longer for more thorough testing, but it was worth it. I knew where we were at every step in the process. The doctors, nurses and staff were super friendly and communicative. I definitely recommend going here if you are experiencing an emergency.

New visiting hours end at 8pm unless you are an unsupervised adolescent in which case you can visit anyone anytime. At night a patient has to rely solely on his or her nurse. This hospital isn't staffed that way. That's putting it nicely. Angry spouse!

Avoid this ER at all costs!! I arrived having stroke symptoms, total left side paralysis and weakness, struggling to speak and slurred visual issues. Very confused, couldn’t even remember my own phone number. I was brushed off. In triage the lady was asking me questions such as symptoms and medical history but when I would go to answer she wasn’t even paying attention so she would keep asking the same questions. Chatting with co workers about buying a shirt, talking on the phone. I kept having to repeat myself and she still kept repeating back the wrong thing. I then was sent to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours, scared, alone, cold, feeling like I’m having a stroke. Unable to leave since I drove myself there since it started while driving right down the road. I heard the front desk lady
