First Response Urgent Care

I brought my sick husband in on sat and Dr Tran diagnosed him with fluA. He was short, dismissive and rude. I went in today to get a chest X-ray and Dr Tran was there again today, first of all he violated my hippa by barging in room 3 and announcing Ms Trim you have flu A. Problem was I was in room 2. He comes in and says you have flu and I'll call in tamaflu. He listened to my lungs and said it's all related to flu. I asked for a chest X-ray since my 02 was 94, which they never checked, he said it wouldn't change anything, I told him I'm prone to pneumonia, nope still didn't get one. I had to ask him to look in my ear since my ear was hurting. He said ya you have the flu. It's all related. He opened the door and walked out without a word. I’ll never step foot there again.

The ladies at this office are totally amazing they are so NICE. They greet you with a smile on their faces and it carries through their tone when they’re speaking and talking to you. The level of respect and understanding is absolutely incredible. I really appreciate how they treat everyone as if they’re family and friend no matter the age, race, or gender. Highly recommend! The providers here are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to thoroughly explain diagnoses and possible causes. It never feels like they’re just giving a shot or antibiotics just to make the visit feel “worth it”—the care is thoughtful and thorough. This is where I always bring my family. One visit was for my daughter, who had broken her arm. J. Gonzalez was incredibly kind and even called the next day to check on her after recommending we go to the hospital due to a suspected need for surgery—and he was absolutely right. Truly top-notch care.

My husband was sick and we went here. He was seen within 5 minutes. They are very caring and efficient. He was given a shot and a prescription. Highly recommend using them!!

I’m always skeptical of these places !! However this is by far the best yet . Jeff Gonzales was first class as well as the staff . Jeff was very thorough I could not be happier , thank you
