When did Golden Triangle Urgent Care become an Emergency Care LLC? Owned by Michael Benns? My husband suggested this place for me to go because he had been there before. They took my insurance and I never received any left over bills. In December 2025, I received a bill, I called Michael Benns and paid that bill on the phone. Then I received another bill starting in April 2025 through 11/2025. The cost was over $36,000.00! My insurance paid 90% and showed I owed the difference. A few days later I got Another bill for $46,942.44. My insurance covered $46,339.36 and Michael Benns is showing that I owed $603.08!!! This statement doesn’t show that I haven’t paid anything, THAT’S not true!!! This is crazy!!! I will never go there again and good luck getting that money!!! I could have had a surg

brought my daughter to the emergency room due to a severe cough and congestion. I expressed concern to the physician that her symptoms could potentially develop into pneumonia. After briefly listening to her lungs, he dismissively stated that it was “nothing like pneumonia.” I requested further testing because I felt something else might be going on. He later returned and informed me that she tested positive for the flu, commenting, “You called it,” in a way that felt irritated or dismissive. No medication was prescribed at that time. I later spoke with the director, who reviewed the chart and stated that my daughter was treated appropriately, but offered for her to be seen by another physician. These people are awesome. I got here at 7 this morning with trouble breathing. I was in the back almost immediately being diagnosed and treated. But it did not stop there. I have been here all day while they have worked to get me stable. They made it a very comfortable experience for me considering what I was going through. Their concern was only making sure I am safe to go home, or get more help if needed. They even made sure I had a good lunch. Thank you Dr Caruso, Brandon, Sherry, and Cathleen. Also the lady at the front desk who got me in so fast. Thank you GTEC

My daughter was experiencing a medical concern and was seen immediately. The doctor and staff treated her with such care and respect, taking her concerns to heart and providing the help she needed. We are very grateful for their compassion and professionalism.

The staff was great and easy to talk to without the stress of a larger E.R. They are amazing with kids. I took my son in with a fever, tested positive for the flu unfortunately but they made him so happy getting to choose a toy out of a big treasure chest. No wait time and left feeling more knowledgeable about how to game plan getting him back to a hundred percent. Five star ER! Thank y’all so much.
