Sad this is rated so low. I went today and the two ladies who helped me where PHENOMENAL. They were super sweet and friendly and listened to me well ❤️ got treated for my sinus infection and even though I sounded super gross, they reassured me I was just fine lol ❤️ thank you girls for such an amazing trip!
For 43 years ive dealt with sinus infections. I know what works and doesn't for my body. These overpaid nurses dont listen. They want to give you something to help get better for a few days but not long term. They want the return business not to actually help you.
booked our appt online so that we could get in no matter what. When we got there, there were 2 people in front of us. I walked to the Kiosk so I could just enter in my confirmation numbers for us both. The receptionist says " You can just wait in line and I'll get you". I said it's ok I already signed up online. Then the NP comes out as I'm finishing my registration part on the kiosk, reaches over me, backs me out of the screen and says "You're not special even though you have an appointment. You don't get to skip the line. ". Then told me to wait in line like everyone else. I said why do you have a kiosk if we're not allowed to use it? She said it's for Walk-ins only. Mind you there's a sign that says "Please sign in with your confirmation # by using the kiosk" right in front of the
Went in for a tick bite, they gave me a steroid cream. I asked for some sort of antibiotic/shot but the NP who just looked up “how to treat a tick bite” on her computer insisted the steroid would work even though I had a severe allergic reaction.Come to find out — steroid cream typically resolves symptoms of the bite and not the bite itself. Two months later, I still have the bite (and itchiness) which has now transformed into a granuloma that will have to removed by a dermatologist. Book with whomever your primary care physician is as I will have a scar mark on my shoulder forever.
The nurse practitioner here said in the visit when I have a clear sinus infection and checks all of the boxes that I have a sinus infection, said “it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to tell it’s a sinus infection” but proceeds to prescribe me a steroid and not an antibiotic. NEVER visit a little clinic if you actually want to feel better, they’re only good for a flu shot or similar.
