Designs In Ortho

Ordered a night guard from Designs In Ortho through their website. There was a good selection of different guards with good descriptions of each so you knew which to choose that would work best for you. My supplies came fast and the directions were clear and easy to follow. Having the video on the website to watch beforehand on how to take my impression at home was also very nice so I knew how to do it before I even started. Sending in my impression was easy as the packaging and shipping label were provided to send it back. I did have a question about my impression before I sent it back and got a response quickly as well. There was an issue with the fit of my first guard, but DIO was very helpful in figuring out what the issue was and fixing it, sending me a new guard that fit perfectly! N

I had a custom mouthguard made for my daughter. It was very easy to do in my home watch the video. when we ran into a hiccup of my daughter having an expander with her braces, Patty was easy to contact and helped with the situation immediately. My daughter’s mouth guard is perfect for all the sports she plays and gives her room for her teeth to shift as well.

I had a very positive experience with this company when I ordered a whitening tray. Their process was easy to understand, they were very accessible if I had any questions, and I received my tray shortly after sending my molds in. I absolutely recommend trying this lab out!
