The Little Clinic

👎🏻 I had a very frustrating experience at the Little Care Clinic on 136th and Colorado. The clinic was running over an hour and a half behind schedule, and when staff finally addressed the waiting patients, there was little empathy for those who were clearly not feeling well. I was told I didn’t have an appointment and was asked to re-register, even though I had already checked in. Several other patients experienced the same issue, which made it clear the system wasn’t working properly. Unfortunately, instead of apologizing or offering help, the staff appeared annoyed and dismissive. Between the disorganization, lack of communication, and unprofessional attitude, I ultimately left without being treated. When you’re sick, the last thing you want is to feel like an inconvenience. I went in October 22nd for some testing, my condition has only gotten worse it is now November 7th and 5 phone calls later and speaking to very unprofessional people I still do not have my results or a plan of action. Very unprofessional and unserious, do not see them unless you’re going in for a stubbed toe.

I went to The Little Clinic for the first time yesterday... and I'm so glad I did! I had to get a physical for work but it had to be through an approved provider. Jennyfer was personable, patient, and professional. I was absolutely impressed with the quality service and would recommend anyone to consider The Little Clinic!

We had an awesome experience at this location today. Our NP Cheryl made my 4 year old daughter feel very comfortable gave her a quick and thorough exam and had us prescribed and on our way in 15min. This was the most positive experience my daughter has had at the doctor in her life yet.

I don’t like posting negative reviews but I can’t help but leave this review. I went in about a month ago to set up an appointment but was told they were closed by Sandra, even though it was during normal business hours, 10 am. She was rude and short during our encounter, but I went on with my grocery shopping and found out why they were “closed”. I noticed them doing their own “shopping”, which meant grabbing items and skipping the check out lines and bagging their items in the clinic. I have NEVER seen anything like this before. I know that workers at king soopers are required to pay for their groceries like everyone else. Maybe this helps explain why our prices are going up. Hopefully someone will look into this because it is unacceptable.
