Would never recommend. My daughter presented with a complicated UNTREATED 4 days of symptoms of UTI with kidney infection & sepsis. Fever at appt was 102.9/chills/nausea/severe 10 out of 10 back & neck pain. Was sent home by the nurse practitioner saying she was being dramatic, drink water, and prescribed an antibiotic that doesn’t work once you have that fever. We had to drive her to the ER ourselves the next day several hours later when she felt like death. She then spent the next 4 nights as an inpatient at the hospital as a result of this Clinic. Stay away from this clinic!

Was a terrible experience.. we're running a few minutes behind for my daughters appointment and I had called and told them we were going to be about 5 minutes late (10min before 1) We show up and I already checked in online.. both the doctor and the front desk lady were in the office together we had to sat there for about another 5 minutes with no acknowledgment at all . The front desk lady comes and says that the doctors already with somebody and we would have to come back because they have to go to lunch. Terrible practice! It was very disrespectful. Save you're time and go to a much better reputable place.

Sophia Jackson is the provider who helped me, and she went above and beyond to show me with what was needed and why for my daughter to attend summer camp this year. She took her time and explained things and it turned out that she was able to relate to me and my daughter with my daughter's past illness. Mrs. Jackson is very competent and helpful and I'm sure that if one is seen by her, they will feel better knowing they're in good hands. I appreciated her service.

Zero stars would be more accurate to rate the unpleasant and rude receptionist who was peeved from the minute she came back from her lunch at 2:15 complaining to me that they shouldn’t have a 2:15 appointment because it’s right after lunch and I’d have to wait until she could log in to her computer and do all of the things she had to do before I’d be seen. Numerous other rude comments to me and 30 minutes later she told me to go into a room, no indication of what room, while she sat at her computer. She then asked me what tests I wanted done and shoved a mask at my face. She’s not a medical professional and she clearly does not like her job and is in the wrong field. Terrible..day time robbery. My mom was experiencing eye pain and we went there after to taking the appointment. Before registration, we confirmed that it can be consulted. We were called after 20 min of appointment time and charged upfront $89 (Mom didn’t have insurance), the nurse Casey came and asked and she had no clue after hearing the symptoms and she took her phone and started googling. I almost laughed. I could do the same. Then without doing anything she said, you have to go to an eye doctor and I asked about the payment and she immediately said “it’s the consulting fee and not refundable. It’s unfair to charge when a service is not offered. I have reported to the Kroger store manager about the incident to have a resolution. Stay away from here. They will rip your wallet and no tre
