The Little Clinic

Today 09/19/25...I showed up for my SCHEDULED appointment at the Lewis and Clark location in Clarksville only to be greeted by 2 signs saying they were closed (see pics). Why was I able to schedule appointments here if this location is closed and why did Kroger not send me a notification to re-schedule my appointment elsewhere? I am required by my job to have a couple of vaccines and have a deadline to meet. THANKS! This is the second time this has happened here, and I won't be back to any Little Clinics.

Just like all the other reviewers say, the staff are particularly rude and unpleasant. Got here early for an appointment when they open at 8:45 and they were so disorganized (updated edit) after being seen, they gave us a prescription to fill at another kroger, we get to the Kroger pharmacy and they never sent over the prediction. Had to call Kroger customer service in order to get them to actually send it over. Miserable experience!

I took my daughters to the clinic on Sunday, 8/31. The nurse wrote my oldest a prescription for an antibiotic and cough medicine. We couldn't get it filled that day, or the next day to pharmacies closing and the holiday. I then showed up Tuesday to the pharmacy of my choice to be told one was received but not both. The Little Clinic has taken me on a goose chase all day today, Tuesday 9/3 after sending new prescriptions to Walgreens again and CVS twice. I still have no medicine for my daughter. I want answers and will be contacting management first thing tomorrow..

When I made it to the front desk the receptionist asked what I needed. I let her know that I have my son there for an appointment at seven. We were there just a few minutes late from the appt and as I was pulling out my insurance cards she let me know that we could not be seen. I was like we are not even10 mins late. I asked her, are you all not walk in welcome as well? And she let me know that it is not always the case. They only alot 15 mins per appointment. She was rude the whole time. She then told proceeded to tell me that the clinic does not take MHS, that she had saw card in my hand. I let her know that I have United healthcare as the primary insurance for my son that I pay for through my work, and I know they take it as my daughter was there before. I’m so glad I didn’t read these reviews before I made my appointment! We’re in the process of relocating to the area. I scheduled my son’s sports physical at this location. Unfortunately, I got caught in construction traffic and was running behind. I called the clinic to let them know we were in route. Arrived 12 minutes late and had no problems checking in and being seen. The nurse practitioner, Sally, has the bedside manner all medical professionals should have. She took time to explain the purpose of the tests so my teen son would understand. I was also told the young lady at the front desk is new. She’sa total sweetheart! I would highly recommend this location.
