I love my doctor and staff! They always treat mewith respect and dignity and try to accommodate me as quickly as possible and always try to get to the bottom of my health issues! She’s been my doctor probably over 15 years now!

While it was a great place to go for awhile it’s been impossible to get ahold of anyone to set up an appointment. I’ve called several times over the last 6 months to get in with absolutely no call back. Then they stopped filling a maintenance prescription and finally called to say they were denying it after weeks of them doing so because I didn’t have an appointment. Again I tried to schedule multiple times with no return phone calls. I’m not the only person that has had this issue either. Stunned that somehow it’s my fault I never got a call back and my fault that I can’t afford doctors visits and unnecessary bloodwork twice a year.

Rhonda has been my primary for so many years. She is warm, caring, and understanding in a way that you don’t see too often! Her memory of my care over the previous 15 yrs(approx) is amazing. The office is compromised of very welcoming and talented staff members. Robin is such a hoot! If you are looking for a qualified care giver; look no further than Rhonda Hettinger!

I have never, EVER had a better, more considerate, compassionate and COMPETENT physician in my life. And to make things any better is that she has the best, friendliest, most professional and competent staff I have EVER experienced. I left my last doctor because they had such a horrible staff. Dr. Rhonda's staff emulates her in that they go out of their way to accommodate my health needs. I cannot say enough good about Rhonda, Jenna, Jackie and Robin. I LOVE these people! Now I have my wife with them, and she feels the same way.

Wonderful doctor, truly the best PCP I’ve had in a long time. However, the wait times are a little ridiculous. My husband and I often end up sitting in the waiting room for an hour or more past our scheduled appointment time, with zero explanation. Great doctor, friendly staff, but the disregard for patient’s time feels really disrespectful and frustrating.
