Norton Immediate Care Center - Clarksville

Made an appointment and got in as soon as I got here. Very quick and efficient testing because I am presenting cold like symptoms. I recommend this Urgent Care to everyone. The facility is very clean and the staff are friendly and caring. Especially since they have to work on Valentine's day.

I have a sinus infection and needed an exam and antibiotics. I went to the Urgent Care about 7pm. It was pitch dark in the parking lot. The team at Norton’s Urgent Care in Clarksville is very professional, cordial and efficient. My only complaint is the extremely poor lighting in the parking lot. I personally can’t believe that Norton’s allows the parking lot to be so unsafe for the team to leave at night. The entire team working this evening are all females. Leanne, Diana, Lorie, Tanisha, Shonda , Gabby and Chelsea were the names on the white board in the exam room. With that environment around this clinic I would request a Clarksville Police officer drive over until all is safe in their car, and safely off the property. Every staff member was extremely nice. They completed a thorough assessment of my symptoms and although I was the last patient there and the center had closed by the time I left, I did not feel they were rushed or impatient. It was a very caring and compassionate atmosphere.

I went on line this morning and reserved a time of 1:00. Flu like symptoms. They took me back within 5 minutes of my arrival time. Very polite, very professional. They ran tests for COVID and flu, so that takes about 20 minutes of the time. But I was out of there under an hour. Best Immediate Care I’ve been to!

It took a while to be seen, but there were some emergencies situations that occurred with other patients. I’m in healthcare field so I understand that some things are more emergent than others. But they took good care of me in the waiting room while I was waiting to be seen. And as soon as they got me back they took really good care of me. ….Oh and the doctor I saw was amazing and thorough.
