My aunt went here recently with a lot of pain (thinking it was a uti) and they were extremely unprofessional. They wouldn’t let anyone sit with her when she has bad anxiety with doctors and such, lectured her about everything under the sun and they were very rude about everything going on. They tried to get her to pay for so many unnecessary things trying to send off everything to labs and all kinds of crazy stuff ($45 for a pregnancy test!) , and then they gave her the strongest antibiotic they possibly could. Fast forward 3 days and she’s now hospitalized for having an above 600 blood sugar, an out of this world blood pressure, AND kidney stones. I was able to schedule an appointment online for the same day. For someone sick, that makes things easier than talking on the phone. The website gave me the range for illness visits as a self-pay patient that was accurate. The front staff was friendly and discussed the pricing upfront upon seeing I was self-pay. There was a little trouble with understanding my practitioner. However, it was due to a lack of knowledge, only that she had a very strong accent and soft spoken. My hearing was also being affected by fluid behind my ear drums. Overall, I will return should the need arise for me to need an illness visit when in the area again.

I've been to the clinic several times in the past 10+ years. In the past, it was always easy check-in, but not any more! The rude male nurse was not professional. I had an appointment and was waiting, but he took two walk-ins ahead of me. Two attractive females, a mother and daughter, when I spoke up, he told me to go somewhere if I didn't like it!

The NP here was very rude and dismissive to me and told me I was wrong about the symptoms I was having. She told me I was just having flu-like symptoms. I’m a nurse and know my body. I went to the Minute Clinic the following day and I actually had mono and the NP there was so kind to me and listened to what I had to say. I definitely don’t recommend going to The Little Clinic.

Poor customer service from the Caucasian lady upfront. She had a very stink attitude from the moment I walked up to the counter. I actually had to greet her first. I always patronize this location for my Covid test and all of the other young ladies have always been pleasant, but this time, I had a very poor experience and I will not go back. Maybe if I was Caucasian my experience would have been better, because another customer came after me and the employee attitude was way different (night and day). We are in 2021, this business should not have people like that working for their establishment , this type of behavior should not be tolerated.
