Harbin Clinic Immediate Care Cartersville

My experience was great. The PA was compassionate and very thorough. He ordered test stat and followed up later in the week.Also ended in saying he was praying for me. I was so blessed by that. Thank you.

website says they close at 8, walk in at 6:50 and she sees us walking in and looks away, i go to sign in and she looks at me and says they’re “done taking patients” i told her the website says they close at 8 and she gets an attitude and says that it’s the one in rome, when i looked before we pulled in and we’ve been to this immediate care before. very rude. this office needs someone with better customer service!

Zero stars of I could. Will never go back to these pressure intensive farmers of medical services for no reason. 30 minutes to check in and receptionist seemed to be... let's just say "out of it". No doctor seemed to be present. The "provider" didn't seem to understand basic medical terminology such as "topical" and "localized" that I used. He took the band aid off my son's mouse bite and was ready to send us out with a prescription for a topically (cream to put on the skin) applied antibiotic, but didn't bother to put a band aid over the one he took off. We had to ask for one. Huge pressure to vaccinate against tetanus(meaningless after the fact as immune globulin is the only thing that would have helped with a true infection) and there were zero indicators of such, test for cov

In and out of the urgent care this morning within 15 minutes. Very professional and very thorough. I did have a pretty simple diagnosis, but it was very convenient to be able to go into an urgent care and get attention within a few minutes. I would highly recommend them on a Saturday or Sunday in which these are the days they are open.

I have been seen here many times over the last 5 or 6 years .. I'd rather go here than my regular Harbin clinic. All the staff are wonderful & truly listen. I've always been treated very nicely and worked with me through my hearing impairment... I thank you so much for your kindness!
