Dr. Wade provided an exceptional level of care during my visit. She was extremely helpful and understanding, taking the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explain all test results and recommendations in a clear and thorough manner. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made the entire experience both comfortable and reassuring. The office staff was courteous and efficient, and the overall environment was welcoming. I left feeling well informed and confident in the care I received. I would highly recommend Dr. Wade to anyone seeking high-quality audiology services.

Every time I stop in I'm greeted with a friendly face. Then after explaining my issue they take my aids and fix them. No complaints, no lectures, they just fix them. Oh, and they listen to me without interruption or talking over me before I'm finished. Then the fix is explained and advice / directions are given that I understand to help me with these new to me devices. I can't say enough about how honest and upfront these folks are. For hearing aid fitting and support they're the best.

Johnson Audiology was first class. They promptly scheduled an appointment. They did a thorough exam and determined that I did not need hearing aids at this time. The staff was excellent. I highly recommend them for any Audiology needs!!

She was thorough in the questions about my situation and current reason for the appointment , did an excellent job of preparing me for the exam & during the exam, reviewing my results with me, and discussing future needs. Great experience. Had an issue with my hearing aids and the young lady helping me was awesome! She trouble shooted the problem and had me all set to go in no time.
