It was good talking with Bill again after all these years. Bill gave me in person hands on healing sessions which enabled me to take all the bandage supports off my knees which had become very bothersome. This time I spoke with Bill about shoulder pain. The Knee Club Private Session was exactly what I needed. The exercises Bill told me to do are beginning help a little. I know I have a ways to go before my knee pain is completely gone, but with these exercises I am noticing less pain and faster recovery after hard days. For example on Saturday my family and I went to the Renaissance Festival and we did a lot of walking, hours and hours. Normally after a day like that not only can I not walk, I can barely limp. I remember one hiking trip my husband had to carry me in the door. I was hurting that much. But this Saturday, in the middle of the day when we sat down to rest, I did modules 1 and 2 and 3.
