I absolutely love working with Lindsay! I can tell she cares deeply about her work and strives to provide the best care possible for her clients. She is very relatable and professional. I struggle to get in all my exercises on a regular basis and appreciate Lindsays non-judgemental capability of working with me on my own time! She does a great job at catering to realistic expectations and gives great suggestions on how to bring PT into my schedule and everyday life. Lindsay is a genuine and knowledgeable physical therapist and I would highly recommend her!

I can't say enough good things about Lindsay. She has an amazing awareness of body mechanics, is tremendously engaged with the healing process, but perhaps most of all, she has met me where I am, and made me feel comfortable and encouraged with my healing process. I'm a 60 year old woman, active, but a little overweight, and I developed a rotator cuff weakness/injury, described as "wear and tear". I was in a great deal of pain when I first came to her. I couldn't even put my hair up in a ponytail or lift a cup if coffee without pain. Doctors wanted to talk about surgery. I wanted to try rehab first. Additionally, I want to strengthen my core and be generally healthier as I get older. Lindsay has developed a program for me which is updated at each session, based on where I actually am and w

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with ForLife! Over the past year, I’ve been focused on regaining my health after years in a sedentary job and entering midlife. I was doing yoga and walking regularly, but after reading about how important strength training is as we age, I realized I needed to add it to my routine. When I tried doing it on my own, though, I kept ending up in pain. I knew I needed someone who could not only guide my workouts, but also help me address what was causing the pain. Working with Lindsay has been a game changer! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging, and I genuinely look forward to each session. We’re strengthening my weak areas, I’m learning what proper form really feels like, and I can see and feel real progress every week. I feel stro

Working with Lindsay is easily a five star experience. She is very knowledgeable and professional and also able to make you feel at ease. I didn’t feel judged when something was hard for me and felt celebrated when I worked hard and improved. I saw her for ongoing shoulder pain and to help me create a workout I could do regularly at home, she helped immensely with both these goals and I would do all my work outs with her if I could!

I found Lindsey at a point when I had completely lost hope and was preparing myself for a second back surgery. I had already seen multiple physical therapists with little to no improvement, and my confidence in the process was gone. I even stopped physical therapy altogether for a few months before deciding to try one last time and I am so grateful that I did. I’ll never forget Lindsey telling me, “Give me six months to work with you.” Something in her confidence made me say yes. That decision changed everything. Not only did she help me avoid another surgery, but she also helped me feel strong, capable, and pain reduced enough so I could continue working in my career as a massage therapist. Lindsey is exceptional. Her knowledge, experience, and genuine passion for what she does are evid
