The Jones Center

I moved a few months ago and I have been trying to establish care. My doctor sent a referral over weeks ago and I have tried to call the office to schedule, or just talk about scheduling and they have been rude every time and told me that they will call me when they are ready and then hung up without even trying to help me. I have tried leaving messages for the referral line and the office manager and no one calls me back. I have never had a worse experience trying to get care. Thanks for basically saying that my life or quality of life doesn't matter.

I have been going to the Jones Center for over two years now for my thyroid. I have been to the office in Macon but prefer the Warner Robins office because it is closer to home for me. Dr. Garcia is great and is very attentive. I like that she is proactive and follows up with results. The online portal allows me access to all of my results in real time.

I have been blessed to have Erica Bernett and Debbie taking care of me for the past 6 ish years. They are two great woman to work with. If you are looking for someone to fight for you as a patient. They will fight for you. Warner Robins Thank you Erica and Debbie!

This place is horrible. Just plain horrible. It took over 8 weeks just to get a call back from my referral. I contacted them after a month and kept getting told "can take up to x amounts of weeks". When I would follow up after those weeks exceeded the front desk was completely rude about it and mentioned "you are not the only patient". I am well aware. Not making this about me. I finally get an appointment and when I arrive the front desk told me I was late (15 mins early) because I was told to arrive 45 minutes early. I showed them all communication i received and it was not there. Funny enough they updated it and now it say it. First visit with Mary went very well (only reason I didnt give one star was because of how well Mary took care of me). It was recommended i see a doctor next. I s

I LOVE this office. From the front to the back and everywhere in between. I have been seeing Erica for years. I started w/ her in the Macon office, but now she is in Warner Robins and that is much closer. Erica is just a tiny bit of sunshine and firecracker. She tells me what to do, but I remind her that I'm a non-complient person. We laugh about it, but I am slack with certain things in my life and eating right is one of them. Her M.A., Debbie is just as awesome! Debbie has shown me so much kindness and does things for me that make me smile. If you go to this office, ask her what she's done.
