Let me start by saying the doctor I originally saw here, Dr. Hashemi, was wonderful. Truly, a gem in the chaos. But, when she went on parental leave, my care, my biopsy results (and apparently my existence) evaporated into the ether. Three weeks. Dozens of calls.Countless “we’ll send a message to the nurse” responses from a call center that might as well operate from Mars. Spoiler: no nurse ever called. No doctor followed up. Not a single MyChart message got a reply, even after their medical director, Dr. Ginger Gillespie, personally responded once rather cryptically, and then vanished faster than my faith in this place. For over 3 years I have been a patient of Dr. Issac and because of his knowledge I keep coming back here. The rest is like playing the lottery, it depends on who you get, this includes the reception staff and the nurses. I have only had a good experience with the nurses, the first visit, the rest I think should dedicate themselves to something else since they have no vocation to be a nurse. I have had those who, despite puncturing your veins 3 and 4 times, when you tell them please don't continue, they get angry and treat you with a bad attitude. On my last visit I had to get two injections in the buttocks which should have been applied with me lying down, this one was applied to me while I was standing, I thought maybe it is something new to stand to receive these injections but no, a doc

Dentist told me to do a deep clean (so I had to go there for a few appointments to do the deep cleaning). A different dentist told me The deep clean was not necessary, so I just wasted my time and money on a deep clean which was not helpful to me.

Don't go here if you have insurance. They'll tell you the services are covered by insurance, then bill you. This happened to me and my family on four visits. I had to fight to get them to send the claims to the insurance company for the first three. The fourth they are still refusing, and will not resolve it. I found another dentist, but it's been 9 months of harassment from them. They are rude and inept. I will not pay for their screwups.

If I could give no stars to this place I would. AT ALL COST try to AVOID going there. Most of the staff in the office is rude. The waiting period is RIDICULOUS! I got a crown done that fell out a year after. I called in January, got an appointment in April and the whole procedure was only finished in OCTOBER! I got my new crown October 10th. Went in for something else and told my dentist that the crown didn't feel right. He said it was all good. Two days later it starts to wobble. There are no available appointments this year!!! So to get ONE crown done properly will take you an entire year!!!! In the middle of all this, they charged me even though my insurance was paying for the procedures.
