I saw Nick after I hurt my knee on a backpacking trip in early December. I needed to get my knee back into shape quickly for an 8 day trek in January, In an hour, he diagnosed the issue spot on, gave me some exercises to strengthen the surrounding muscles, and taught me the mechanics that produced the issue. I was able to do the 8 day trek with ease, and followed it up with a few more multi-day hikes because my knee was feeling so great! Would definitely come back to see Nick again if I have any movement based issues
Nick is a magician when it comes to physical therapy and rehab. I came to him with a partially torn rotator cuff and frozen shoulder and he had me pain free in 3 months. He’s very engaging and listens to feedback so he can adjust his exercises to how you are feeling along the way. Highly recommend Nick!
Truly outstanding care!! Nick was able to effectively treat my disc injury in 5 sessions only. He uses a targeted approach that focuses on getting you back to living independently as soon as possible. He gave me the confidence and tools to handle it myself going forward - while knowing he is quickly available whenever I cannot. I cannot recommend him enough.
I can’t say enough about Nick—the true human mechanic! I came to him with an occupational neck impingement that had been bothering me for some time. Unlike others who offer generic advice, Nick took the time to assess my specific issue and immediately guided me through targeted movements. The results were almost instant—I felt a significant release and relief right away! His deep understanding of body mechanics and functional movement is remarkable. If you’re dealing with pain or mobility issues, I highly recommend seeing Nick. He’s not just fixing symptoms; he’s addressing the root cause. Thank you, Nick!
I am a competitive swimmer and had torn labrum repair surgery March 2022 and did physical therapy at another clinic for about 5 months after the surgery and did not see much progress in my condition. I came to Nick in November still experiencing pain in my shoulder when swimming or while performing moderate to strenuous activities. He targeted my sport and injury specifically to help me both recover from my injury and gain strength in my entire body. He is very detailed and is responsive through text to provide additional help. Now after 5 months of training with Nick, I was able to complete my swimming season performing at the same level I did before surgery and can perform most strenuous activities pain free; he has also helped me to learn how to workout on my own so that I can continue
