One of the guy doctors was incredibly rude & likes humiliating you in front of everyone

Terrible service in trying to make an appointment for the stroke clinic. On hold several times over several days, for 45 min to over an hour with no one ever picking up. No one else can make an appointment for the stroke clinic so this has left us with our hands tied. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Had to give 1 star because zero stars is. It an option. Still need to make an appointment

Horrifying experience with a staff member abusing power, worsening my injury and breathing problem, showing attitude and making discriminatory comments. No human should have to go through that. Truly hope I get to recover from this.

One of the black nurse was very rude on the 4th floor when I was asking some question about biopsy and the Dr I had saw he was making me feel so scared by telling me something negative about the biopsy results...really they should act professional and dont try to scare the hell out of the penitent.

A BIG THANK U from Sofia Amir and her son (me). Great staff nurses, especially Jamila, Andrea, Jun and Kevin at 4th floor reception, 6th floor nurses, doctors, especially Dr Benjamin Pocock. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in April. We've been coming to the Hope Pavilion for many months now, and my mom is completely cancer free. Life is a journey, it's how you take it and make worth your while! These guys really dedicate themselves to make people happy so listen to them and you're gonna be A OK!!
