Got a call from this company from the scheduling department from this lady named Karen. Well guess what her name lives up to her personality and customer services skills. I tried making an appointment back in February for a massage and refused to put in a credit card because my insurance company covers everything. She put me in the system back in February as to not reschedule because of it. My doctor referred me yet again to this same place for the same problem. Yet again this lady has tried to put my credit card on file. And told me that I will never get an appointment there if I don’t. Never had I had a place ask me to put a card on file because my insurance covers everything. She then swore at me and told me pretty much in her own way to go pound sand. Lindsay, Lubia, and Ross are amazing. They really listen and focus on alleviating your pain. Allie is extremely nice and does her best at finding available appointments for you. I've only had good experiences with everyone at AIM.

My experience here was everything I could ever imagine . I had Brain for my massage and he was amazing, I left feeling like a brand new woman. The place is so beautiful, and clean. And it smells incredibly nice inside . Brandon at the front desk also provided me with the most amazing customer service ! Will be back again :)

Today was my first experience with AIM Health. Erin, my masseuse was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and skilled. After she got some background information about what brought me there she gave my an incredible, therapeutic massage and afterwards gave me some insightful information on some follow-up self care that I could do to maximize my treatment. I will definitely be back !!!

Stacey is great caring human being . I feel sooo much better after my Acupuncture treatment with her. She is very knowledgeable at what she does no question. Ask for her if you decide on Acupuncture. . She's helped me with so much and really helps me relax and sleep better too. No that I'm being treated for sleep Issues.But I feel like I sleep more sound these days . I've had 8 treatments so far and I'll continue going it helps me.
