The Hill Hear Better Clinic

A retired audiology professor friend recommended Hill Hear Better Clinic, and Dr. Hill, 3 years ago. I’ve been pleased with Dr. Hill’s care, and his recommendations. This year, at my annual visit, I complained about a marked decrease in my ability to hear in a noisy room. Be re-administered an extra test (which he’d done at my initial visit), explained the change in results, and made adjustments to my hearing aids, as well as additional recommendations for further improvements. I’ll definitely continue to be a patient here!

What an amazing experience we have had at the Hill clinic. I brought my 76 year old mom in with her Costco hearing aids that were not doing the job. Dr. Hill has technology that is under utilized at other clinics and was able to diagnose and dramatically improve her hearing. She is happy, the whole family is thrilled. We are so thankful we found the Hill clinic!

The Hill Hear Better Clinic gave me the most comprehensive hearing test that I have ever had. Not only did they give me a good hearing test, but they also cleaned my ears out before the testing began. Dr Coolidge was very thorough and explained all my questions to me so that I could understand them. They did an excellent job, and I would refer anyone who needs a good hearing test to go to them.

Great experience with Nancy who helped me with scheduling and contacting my insurance company to Dr. Coolidge who performed my exam and explained what I was going to experience, cared about my comfort level while examination was performed and answered my questions about what may need attention. Dr. Coolidge also referred me to an ENT in my insurance network for a second opinion for inner ear check over before jumping into aids. There was no pressure to sell me aids, Dr. Coolidge sincerely cares about my condition and how best to treat at this time. I can even reach out to him by email and he will help me with any additional questions I may have going forward! I had an issue where I got something lodged into my ear canal. The group here was super helpful and was able to get me in a mere hour after I called. The cleaning was super easy and left me feeling so much better after. Would recommend to anyone who has issues and needs a cleaning.
