Kricket Audiology consisting of DR Kricket Smith AuD and Dr Nancy Mills AuD are outstanding they took over a office where i had gotten my original hearing aids they were defective they brought a factory rep in and i got news ones at no charge to me because mine were still in warranty they ran tests to match the ones for my hearing problem . The new one"s work great and if i need help one phone call and they have me in the office right away and the problem is fixed they know what they are doing they are a great team i can trust them for all my hearing needs

Personnel are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The office is conveniently located with other businesses near cross county highway and it has a clean and homey atmosphere.
