I had gone to this office for roughly 10 years. I was happy with Dr G and the clinical staff. The issue that tore it for was billing related. I was overbilled once a few years ago for $300-ish. I didn't catch it. Maybe it was an honest mistake, I don't know. I didn't think too much about it, and it was just credited against future charges. But then late last year i was again overbilled, this time by over 50%, ~$700. This one i did catch and called to get a refund. They told me to come in and they would credit a credit card. I thought this was strange since I paid with an ACH direct from my bank, not a credit card. I questioned it but they said the refund was processed and made it seem like it was all normal from their end. The refund never came. I called the office; they said

1st time visit was great. Staff is efficient and friendly, office is clean and bright, doctor is efficient and kind. No complaints other then a longer then normal wait but I think they had an emergency that pushed back the schedule. Life happens. Overall I would say 5 stars and I'll be back....hopefully not too soon.

Well first let me say, Andy is great! She does a great job. She is the best, the staff is great! I highly recommend! Hmmmm🤔…… As for the experience, I hate the dentist, just the thought of someone touching my teeth makes me cringe. I get anxious the day before I have to go. So the experience for me is not good. But everyone else it may be ok. Good luck. Love ! Steve

We love the Gentle Dentist, Dr. Geetha, Andy, Nadia, Erin and all of the other great people that work at the Gentle Dentist. I have complete trust in Dr. Geetha. Not only is she a skilled and knowledgeable dentist but a lovely person as well.
