I went to this place after two years with another dentist because of insurance changes. I had regular cleanings before and never had any issues with my teeth. When I came here in March 2025, they suddenly told me I had gum disease out of nowhere and put me on a gum‑disease maintenance plan, I trusted them and agreed. Because of this, I had to pay out of pocket. However, after the first visit, every time I went in after every 3-4 months, they only did a regular cleaning but reported it to my insurance as a deep cleaning. As a result, I had to pay out of pocket each time, which I didn’t realize until my visit last week. As soon as I checked in at that visit, they told me I owed $24, which they expect patients to pay immediately. They explained that my insurance didn’t pay. I was surprised,

My experience with Dr. Reigh was very positive. I arrived at his practice about a half hour early, and yet he was able to attend to me ahead of schedule. He is very competent and very professional. He described to me what needs to be done to take care of my periodontal issues. Also, the cost of his services is very reasonable. I strongly recommend his dental practice.

The medical care was great, staff is very professional and friendly. Really cannot say enough about Dr. Kim and the staff in the room managing everything. I have issue with their admin staff - as a grown man, I do not appreciate being treated like a child. Asked someone to drive me (driver required due to anesthesia), they dropped me off and went to grab breakfast nearby. Admin would not allow anything to begin until my driver was physically in the building, even though the woman at the front desk walked by the car I was getting dropped off from. Will not continue supporting this company.

North Wales office failed me, but thankfully after that debacle, Trappe location came through with a same day appointment. Quick visit for a single tooth extraction. Was on my way in about 35 min and my pain is gone. Thank you to he Dr and staff for the immediate help.

Visited the Trappe location. Dental Hygienist was very kind and had wonderful bedside manner with our 4 year old daughter. However, the doctor was less than desired. Did not even tell me his name. I believe it was Brian. In any regard, I had begun to ask questions and he simply got up and left. Did not stick around to answer any questions and left his staff to try and make up for his lack of professionalism. Front staff on cell phones while standing in front waiting to be an acknowledged. Once again, the hygienist was very kind to our daughter, but feel the rest of the facility was clearly functioning as a non-caring let’s get home environment.
