Children's Dentistry of Trappe

Came to Dr. Hans after a really unfortunate experience with another pediatric dentist who didn’t catch several issues with my 6 year old, despite 2x annual visits, in part due to old tech and in part due to lack of skill and/or experience. Dr. Hans evaluated my son, came up with a manageable treatment plan, and went to work repairing old work that was poorly done, and addressing existing issues in a thorough way. I’m very happy with the quality of work and strongly believe the mess we found ourselves in could have been avoided with better care. I am so grateful to Dr. Hans and his team for helping my son. My only regret in all of this is that we didn’t go to him first!

The folks here have been my Dentist for 20 or so years and they have done an amazing job for all of them. The office space is nice, cozy, and full of character and the staff are kind, professional, and overall welcoming. If you are looking for a Dentist for your children, then you cannot go wrong with these fine folks. They will not only do a great job tending to your kids teeth, but also help explain why dental care is so important to your child, which will help pay for itself in the long run. I can say with complete clarity and certainty that everyone there will take the best care of your children, speaking from experience! And to the fine folks working there, thank you for all the years of excellent service, I wish you all the best!

What an incredible experience for my daughter’s first visit! From the office staff to Dr. Hans, my daughter was smiling the whole time. The office was clean and organized, there was a play area with lots of rewards/toys for the kids to choose from. As it was her first ever visit they had a welcome bag ready for her with a t-shirt, water bottle etc it was super cute. Dr. Hans was very playful, patient, gentle and encouraging. So glad we chose this office and would recommend. They do not accept MetLife but we will still stay and just pay out of network.

The best experience for my kids and I. The team was so helpful with the children while filling out new patient paperwork. They not only took care of their teeth but were engaged with the children and I. The kids thought we were doing a fun activity, not going to an appointment. We highly recommend.

Entire staff was so friendly and very personable, a huge change from my son’s old dentist. They talked about issues with me so my son would not hear and get upset, which I appreciated. Overall, very happy.
