The Gardens at Camp Hill

I had the worst experience here. The cna that worked the 7-3 shift Alisa was the worst part of my time there. Physical Therapy Susan occupational therapy Joyce activities workers Shannon and Taylor were all exceptional Stephen and Princess were absolutely amazing Ivy all cnas were awesome. Eloise was amazing she does an awesome job with the residents she went above and beyond for me. I just wanted to let it be known that if you need a rehabilitation home be careful of who you get.

I must say the place has made progress but there's a few times that I have went their and my sister was wet I always fill they could make round checks a little more often to provide better care for the residents that are incontinent but I don't blame them too much for that describe being more assertive however it's not the worst place the appearance is okay but the sanitation smell could be a little better they have a few aids. that are very caring and compassion. You can't always blame the AIDS they have a lot of work to do themselves and I know that is hard to provide the best care to one resident when you have many like I said the place

My family and I had a great time at their Halloween event! We loved seeing everyone’s smiling faces and costumes!

This is a Horrible place to leave your loved one, there's not a good communication between staff and family of a loved one, the Doctor is never seen or the Social Worker. I left my Mother there because that was the place she was accepted but I took her out the next day and she was discharged with out a Doctors orders for medication, I had to wait for Monday to get order signed by her Primary Doctor, they should close down this place, Hygiene is absent, looks depressing rooms are not clean as they look in the pictures rooms are not prepared for a loved to rest.

One thing is it’s clean. Then it goes downhill. The staff for the most part was pleasant. Food was mostly cold on occasion warm. The menu for diabetics seems non existent they don’t give insulin like the hospital. Although he is on pills for diabetes the diet or food was not diabetic friendly. Billing was supposed to be one thing but wasn’t and now can’t get to where it was needed to be because…Discharge was subpar. He was home without support. The antibiotic was to be iv and the nurse said just go to the drugstore and they will fill it - drugstores don’t fill iv Some issues that were taken care of the closet didn’t have a bar to hang clothes on and then they fixed that. The privacy curtain was accidentally torn down needed to be put back in the track and it was not fixed.
