The Foot Center Colonial Heights

I love the staff and Dr. Eng they all are very loving and caring they have a decent amount of staff that work very well together, I would recommend the Foot Center in colonial Heights.

The only reason for my lower rating is due to us having to sit for over 45 mins and not even have the procedure we made the appointment for. Dr Patel saw other patients and therefore ran late which was not my problem but his excuse was that the business was closing soon, he wasn't his doctor and that he couldn't help my son even though that is what the appointment was for. However Dr Salem who we had the first appointment with was wonderful and he had a great bedside manner and did everything to make my son's problem fixed. So we will schedule with Dr Salem from here on out.

I saw dr.swangim today for infected ingrown nails. I was super nervous for the procedure as i have had it done before somewhere else and it hurt super bad. Upon arrival the front desk person was extremely kind. When i finally met with him he was the kindest dr ever. Explained everything throughly to me, walked me through after care, told me what we were going to next for my other toe, and answered any question i had. For a treatment thats relatively painful (mostly the numbing shot) he did it with minimal pain. Asked me a few times at the beginning and during the procedure if i had any pain at all incase i needed another injection. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone especially dr. Swangim. I have a lot less anxiety for my next procedure!

Dr. Salem and his staff (specifically Ashley since I see she was mentioned in a negative comment) were beyond helpful. I have been seeing Dr. Salem for roughly 3-4 years even at his old practice. In those 3-4 years I have never had any issues arise from their office. I have been late on one occasion but as other offices, they informed me of their late period and were able to reschedule me. Any experience I have had has been very pleasant and will continue to refer my friends and family to this practice AND Dr. Salem/Ashley!!!!!

Dr Noel Patel is the best!! I’m a hairstylist and stand in my feet a lot.
