The Doctors Clinic - Urgent Care

Very surprised to say we had a great experience here this week. Daughter was having odd symptoms and the doctor (Tracy I think?) was very thorough and even personally called me this morning with more test results and some advice. I've had maybe one good experience at this urgent care otherwise, in the many times I've been. All the nurses were great too. Maybe they're hiring new doctors that are helpful 😅

What is the point of publishing a phone number if nobody answers the telephone? Multiple phone calls today and never an answer; the system just sends the call to voicemail. That said, if you do go there for a drug test, the woman who normally handles that process is a absolute gem of a person and deserves 20/5 stars for her kindness.

I went to this urgent care for an infection, and I can honestly say it was one of the best medical experiences I’ve had. I really struggle with hospital and medical anxiety because of past trauma, and I was shaking from fear when I arrived. The nurse who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time to explain everything she was doing in a calm and reassuring way, which made me feel respected and safe. She even said she’d be happy to see me again if I ever needed care in the future. I left feeling truly cared for, and I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future emergencies.

I went here on August 28th 2025. I went here because I was having severe back pain to the point where I could barely walk and all they did was order a x-ray imaging for my back and offer more muscle relaxers and a shot of toradol which I told them that both of these options were not helping because the week prior I was seen at a different urgent care and they gave me all that stuff minus the X-ray and It didn’t help. They also gave me a physical therapy referral if it got any worse. Then the doctor did a few things like test my leg strength and push on my back to see if it aggravated anything which it didn’t. He then proceeded to give me the whole spill about how he can’t give narcotics (which is fine I’m not here for that I’m here to figure out what the hell is going on with my back) and

5/31/23 I always like to be able to write a good review on a company that has received so many bad reviews. I ended up going into the Doctors Clinic Urgent Care Wednesday morning. I had suffered from a terrible sore throat for a few days and couldn't take it any longer. Nothing was helping with the pain at all! After looking at their hours and prior experiences, I decided to arrive at least 20 minutes early. For anyone familiar with most Urgent Care centers, they usually have lines that form well before opening and fill up fast.
