Waited over an hour for my appointment with no update or anything from staff. Other clients mentioned they’ve been there for about 2 hours and were still waiting so I ended up leaving. They need to do better. Requested a refund. Don’t waste your time here.
Absolutely the worst at time management. My appointment was at 2, I am still setting in the waiting room at 3:15. Not a sorry or anything. They close at 4.
Wait time is the worst no point in making an appointment
