The nurse practitioner was attentive but I have had the worst time trying to get a refill of my medicine that I absolutely have to take. Now it's 2 days shy of 2 WEEKS!! No one communicates with me, I've called and called. Last Friday the answering service sent an Urgent message to the nurse while I was on the phone with him, he said he saw that the message was opened by the nurse while I was still on the phone. He even went a step further and entered my current insurance. Still no refills!!! I'm so frustrated!! This is such poor service, I'm looking for a different gastro clinic. This 2 week interruption of my meds has set me back, they don't care, I do not recommend this clinic

I came in with a list of symptoms in a terrible state. I saw the nurse Matt. He was incredibly dismissive and heavily implied that I have a mental problem instead of a physical issue going on. When I awkwardly stood up for myself he just kept smiling and dismissing me still. I was rushed through my explanation of what’s going on. At the very least he ordered the labs. However the first thing out of his mouth was suggesting a procedure that I couldn’t afford out of pocket. Which is crazy after implying that it’s anxiety right? After that I mostly spoke with the MA on the app. Never got a call. Detached and insensitive communication style there. She attempted the schedule the procedure over the app after my labs came back. Not even sure if it’s necessary and I feel distrusting of these peopl

One of the nurses didn’t even want to run tests on me. He told me he would recommend another doctor and would call me in 5 days. It’s been 3 weeks not one call from the doctor

The clinic is in new building easy to find and park. Very friendly front desk. Time of the appointment was respected. Clean and well arranged offices. The appointment went fast but the recommendations from the nurse practitioner were not followed: instead of showing me to the lab, I was pointed out the door and had to come again for lab work. The recommendation for a CT scan was not followed. I am still waiting a week after the appointment to be scheduled the CT test.

The whole staff was amazing. From the front desk all the way back. Amanda was patient, kind and understanding! She is an asset to Dr. Nutt. I would like to thank Dr. Nutt for an awesome staff and making me feel at home!!😊
