I’m very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. My dog, Luna, had surgery here a month ago for a vaginal prolapse, which cost over $600. Recently, I called with concerns and questions because I was worried about her recovery and wanted to know if what I was seeing was normal. Instead of receiving reassurance or guidance, I was met with extreme rudeness and unprofessional behavior from a staff member who identified herself as “Cherry.” She repeatedly refused to let me speak with anyone else, was dismissive of my concerns, and initially refused to give her name. As a pet owner, it’s frightening to feel ignored when you’re worried about your animal’s health especially after surgery. This is the only vet we use. The staff here is terrific, friendly and calm with my dogs which they appreciate. Always recommend Dr Noble and his staff.

Unfortunately my grandfather took his little chihuahua here after he broke his leg. They did not do a lot of basic standard procedure and even sent the dog home in a stint-like ace bandage after claiming the foot was “shattered” when it wasn’t. It is very much broken but not shattered. And if it was, an ace bandage? Not to mention only one doctor here is licensed which is public record in case anyone wanted to look. My brother spoke with the manager about reimbursement as most of the charges either weren’t administered to the dog or did not hold up within 2 hours after leaving their place of business. They also gave the 9 pound dog SEDATIONS for an xray and wrap. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I wish I could leave a negative amount of starts actually.

The staff and Vet are quick to get us in and spent the time we deserved on our animals. Professional and genuine. 5/5 highly recommend.
