Baptist Health Urgent Care - Bryant

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful experience at this urgent care when my daughter was seen. Natalie Gossett was her provider, and you can truly tell she cares about her patients. She was kind, patient, and took the time to listen and explain everything in a way that made both of us feel comfortable and reassured. It means so much as a parent to feel like your child is genuinely cared for. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. I will always recommend them.

I made a “hold my spot” appointment for 1:30. I was not seen until 4:30. I understand that it is a high point during cold and flu season, however I was not advised until way later by the receptionist that walk-ins would be seen as they came in(working in between appointments). I don’t think that making an appointment served its purpose. I recently had surgery and needed a very swollen, enlarged, and infected lymph node in my neck diagnosed and treated. My pcp was on vacation and I’ve always used Baptist Health urgent care as a secondary provider and have been satisfied and most of the time very pleased with the office visit. The receptionist was very calloused and unapologetic about her representation of the clinic. In my long wait I could’ve caught,(time will tell), another illness on top

I thought the staff were very nice and helpful. The wait time was very quick. I am visiting from San Antonio and my daughter took me to your clinic when I got ill. kudos to everyone that helped me. Many thanks.

i’ve been here for an hour and 30 minutes. my throats on fire. there’s been people who came in and were seen in 10 minutes after arriving. i understand they might be too busy to handle all this with 3 people. and i understand i didn’t set an appointment online. but this is ridiculous, manage your time better. someone needs to manage this place better. idk if it’s the workers or whoever the manager is. but they need to get it together because this is ridiculous. i payed $150 to see what’s wrong with me and now i've been here for an hour and 40 minutes. they told me i was next up when i complained and 2 people went in just now. and here i am still waiting in the same chair ive been waiting in. someone needs to fix the management up here or something.

The attending desk clerk was nothing but rude. They had rolled their eyes and clicked their tongue when asking about wait times . This place is not normally as bad as it was today.
