The Crossroads of Flowery Branch

Placed mom here for rehab. I was uncomfortable with the condition of the facility, but over the past few weeks - big changes! Skilled workers have descended on this facility, repairing and painting walls, new lights, new ceiling panels, polished floors…big time face lift! The staff? Awesome people! Responsive, polite, caring…staff gets 10 stars. A special thanks to Canisha Robinson, the Social Services Director…a little dynamo that stayed in constant communication with me, always making sure I had the latest info on mom. Many thanks to you Canisha; I am truly grateful.

I volunteer and paint the ladies nails with my friend and neighbor. I always enjoy coming here. They recently did a Christmas party and we came and it was great, the other volunteers are amazing. The building was clean, the residents seemed well taken care of. The director is friendly and helpful. If you can please go volunteer here, if you can donate Please do. If you can bring items for the residents please do! They need and deserve help and love from their community.

I have a brother in this facility. And it breaks my heart to see him like this. They’ve got him in a little room with two beds and two nightstands. Not a single picture on the wall the TV does not even have a remote control that works it. The reason he’s there is because he has been bedridden for six weeks and cannot walk on his own. He’s there for rehab. They are letting him lay in the bed 24 seven without even getting him up to use the bathroom. He says it’s disgusting that he has to use the diaper because they say it’s easier for them to change a dirty diaper than it is to take him to the bathroom. I wouldn’t treat a dog like they are being treated there. You can hear the nurses out in the hallway, laughing and cutting up. But they are not tending to their patients. You asked to speak

Today i went with my daughter to visit my mom for Thanksgiving. Aka Tracy freeman. I want to say thank you for the best food ever and everybody was so nice.You could see they love their people's they treat him as they are family. The staff is so nice.Thank you everyone for being there for my mom

They give you the papers to sign to go home tell you on this date you can leave because insurance won't cover anything here in physical therapy no matter what you have been through, but won't let you leave by the papers you were given to get out of here.Not worth staying hereafter all, people are nice but the ones running it don't know what theyare doing and my son has to have answers for all of it put it in his face.
