We recently moved our mother-in-law into The Crossings at Golden Pond, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The community is welcoming, peaceful, and feels like home from the moment you walk in. We’ve been especially grateful for Gretchen. She’s been incredibly sweet, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire process. Her kindness and attention made a big difference in making this transition smooth for our whole family. We feel very confident knowing our loved one is in such a caring and supportive environment.

This is a very Beautiful Complex to live in. The Staff is Wonderful and very friendly. They are very attentive to the Residents. I got to know Sharon ,Denni, Linda, Mary and a few others and I enjoy talking to them. Any problems arises they are quick to get them resolved. Walkable to downtown Winter Garden and stores are nearby. It is a very convenient place to live.

Gretchen, Sharon and the whole team here are amazing! If you have friends or family looking for Senior Apartments I highly recommend you go by for a tour of the community.

Great staff and we like it here better every day. Really appreciate the tasks they do for the residents. Nice environment to live in. Things are filling up and it was a good thing to move here in September of 2024.
