I think this care center is the best in Tulsa, right now because of the attentive staff and caring Administrator!!

Had two weeks of post surgery rehab. In the skilled nursing unit. From neck surgery. EVERY team member aid nurse staff who came thru the door was extremely helpful and did there jobs to the best of their abilities. No food complaints. Physical Therapy staff was great.it helped me a lot.

Too bad there's not a 0 star review. This place gets worse and worse the further you go. Smells like a poorly ran animal shelter. Very very dirty, I don't think they have 1 bottle of lysol/bleach in the entire facility. I did not see my grandmother's room mate get served lunch. You definitely need a shower after leaving here.

My mom was sent here to have physical therapy to try and build up her strength. The nursing staff was incredible, even during Covid they helped me and my family members with outside phone visits. The staff here is amazing they took really good care of my mom, you can tell when nurses really care about their patients. The staff also cared for us when we were allowed into the facility due to the fast decline in health of my mom when Hospice was called out. I want to thank the Cottages for taking such great care of my mom and us during the final days of my moms life. Great place, because the nursing staff is wonderful you can trust this facility with your loved ones.
