The staff are very nice. But when you’re having a problem getting a prescription it’s a headache. It’s hard to get a hold of a person when you call. And then after you give your message to a person, who then has to give it to the doctor, who then calls you and if you don’t answer the phone right at that moment you’re screwed because then you have to go through the whole process again. It makes it very frustrating when you need a medication That your child relies on.

The medical staff was fine, but one of the receptionists’ attitude was disappointing. She appeared irritated by a simple question and rolled her eyes. She was extremely rude. This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate for a medical office. Patients deserve to be treated with respect. My experience was negatively affected just by this receptionist.

Emily Wilson was great! We had to go back a few times and saw her all three visits and she did everything to help my son feel better. We appreciate her care and compassion.

Dr Lowe and Dr Dalwadi are amazing! They take the time to get to know your children and are extremely calm/reassuring and knowledgeable. I always feel a sense of relief after leaving an appointment there that my son is in the best of care.
