I truly appreciate that they maintain the same dedicated staff, who work incredibly hard and always remain professional and efficient—even during busy times. It speaks volumes about the strength of their team. I sincerely hope the dentist recognizes how valuable such a strong staff is. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobson and his assistants Lea, Maria and Christina. They are the ultimate professionals! I had every thing explained to me and they really listened to my concerns. I have a complex health history and have complex dental problems also, this surgeon and his team have really stepped up to the plate for me. They care for their patients and I’m truly grateful for everything they’ve done. My review would not be complete, without mentioning Amanda in billing and Brittany up front, they also are very courteous, kind, knowledgeable, caring and pleasant. I just had 4 extractions done yesterday by Dr. Jacobson after a long hiatus from making my much needed appointments.. he was relaxed and had a conviction about him and I trusted him instantly. He was smooth and in and out in record time I could not believe how quick and smooth he got it done. I am now recovering on day 2 and I feel great for just having 4 teeth pulled. Thankyou Dr. Jacobson. I look forward to seeing you again- fortunately and Unfortunately haha

The only saving grace here is Dr JJ. He has taken diligent care of my dental health and I believe he can help with the pain I've been having. I've had important appointments cancelled without my knowledge, multiple phone calls from them with no messages as to why they called 3 times before they open, no appointment reminders until an hour before the appointment, and the hygienist I saw seemed more interested in tearing apart my gums and watching me bleed. I've never had such a vicious and painful cleaning that left me covered in my own blood. The oral surgeons and dentists here are great, the assistants are good, but I'd still make sure you stay on top of your appointments, and if its important, call and make sure you still have the appointment with that doctor you've been waiting almost

Unfortunately this was the only dentist that accepted my insurance. Day one was ok, Dr. JJ was wonderful. Unfortunately the front desk is always messing up my appointments, switching them to a different procedure, delaying/canceling my appointments. When they call on the phone they rush me to accept whatever appts they have available. Today I came in exactly at 2, checked in and 30 mins later I was still in the waiting room. I then asked a different secretary and she told me the first secretary never checked me in. Then the assistant, stated it’s a “human error” there’s nothing they can do about it. I deff have to try to look for a new dentist even thought Dr. JJ is amazing, they need better front desk employees.
