Extremely disappointed I’ve had it up to here!!!! This is the second month in a row my children’s care has been disrupted by this office. The manager standing there looking stupid with the nice nasty demeanor made me want to wring her neck!!! My kids had a 9:00 AM appointment, and I called ahead at 9:14 AM to specifically ask if we could still be seen since we were at the edge of the grace period. I was told to come in, but upon arrival, the manager wanted to waste another 5-10 min going back and forth with me about the time I called when I showed the time stamp in my phone. If they couldn't accommodate us, they should have been honest when I called. It's incredibly unprofessional to tell a parent one thing on the phone and another in person. Mad as hell I wasted my gas and TIME! Ohh lemme

Every time I go to this place there is an issue. I go today and magically it’s an issue for me to go back with my kids. When I have never had an issue before going back. They called my kids, and I stood up saying that I am going back with them. She said wait let me go check, and she came back saying that since “they are of age I can’t come back). So while I am waiting to speak with the office manager another set of kids gets called back, and that parents goes back with her 3-4 kids. So we got skipped since they made me wait for an office manager. About 10 minutes later after waiting for the office manager my kids get called back. So I am confused why I was told to wait for the office manager to never speak with the office manager. I am currently in the back with my kids. So all of the hass

⭐️ ZERO STARS — Parents, please read before bringing your child here. My family has been going to this dentist office for three years, and unfortunately the level of unprofessionalism, disrespect, and dishonesty has gotten worse every visit. What happened to my daughter — who is autistic and needs patient, gentle care — was unacceptable on every level. Back in April, we already had an issue serious enough that we switched providers. When we returned in October for a cleaning, things somehow got even worse. When we arrived, we were abruptly told that only one parent was allowed to come back with our child — a new “internal rule” that was never emailed, never posted, never communicated at all. We had a wonderful experience at Children’s Dental Group! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, patient, and clearly experienced with working with children. The environment was clean and very kid-friendly, which helped ease any nerves our little one had. A special thank you to Destiny who assisted us throughout our visit. She was absolutely amazing professional, kind, and incredibly patient. She took the time to explain everything and made sure our child felt comfortable every step of the way. Her warm attitude and genuine care made a big difference in our experience.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was extreme. Brought in special needs child and the dentist insisted we sedate her after saying no multiple times. Dentist assistant had horrible attitude with mom and child, and we had to wait over an hour. Staff kept giving different responses on wait time. We mentioned multiple multiple times, over phone and over email and to everyone in person, that child was on the spectrum. dentist assistant says that it’s no where on the notes, despite us telling her 5 minutes ago. unprofessional business and staff, and this place needs to be investigated. Really sad to see and the worst dentist experience we’ve ever had. Please be careful if you bring your special needs kids here.
