Bilski dental is a very busy office since they provide great service. I was in between my annual visits, when I developed a tooth issue. I was extremely concerned, since I was leaving for a cruise the following week. My personal schedule was packed. Linda at the office went over & above to get me an appointment. I was promptly called into the office …. No long waits with this group! My issue was resolved the same day & was ready to go cruising in peace. Everyone at Dr Bilsky's office is very professional and skilled. They are always courteous and considerate of my severe back problems making sure I am comfortable and able tolerate the positioning needed for them to do cleaning and procedures. They always aare able to give me information on costs and my insurance coverages and do push unnecessary treatments. They are the most thorough dental practice I have ever dealt with and I actually enjoy going there.

Visit was exceptional. I first met Kassay upon arrival and she was very thorough explaining everything very clearly. I had a joint replacement 3 weeks ago and she immediately made me aware of the “3-month rule”. I then met Dr. Bilski himself who has excellent bedside manner, he did a thorough examination explaining everything clearly also, but reinforcing the “3-month rule”….they danced around nothing which I completely appreciated. I then decided to go forward with another unrelated procedure which Kassay took care of instantly. I would return to Dr. Bilski’s office in a heartbeat !

I am doing clear aligners currently at Dr. Bilski’s office and could not be happier with my experience. Dr. Bilski also performed a laser procedure on my upper lip to help close a gap and it was painless and incredibly beneficial for my final result to be more permanent and effective. The entire staff has been extremely welcoming, accommodating, and supportive throughout the entire experience thus far. Something that has been an insecurity my entire life is turning into something that I now feel excited to see change into my dream smile. I have nothing but confidence in Dr. Bilski and his team. It truly feels like a family over here.
