Got a very last min birthflower with Victoria and can’t be more happy how it turned out! Kind of hard to find a parking spot but it’s worth. The place was super clean. She accommodated the appointment around my schedule as well 🥰 10/10

If you are considering permanent eyeliner, I highly recommend Victoria! I previously went to 2 other artists and had terrible experiences. It is so important to feel comfortable and confident in the artist with this type of tattoo. She did such an amazing job and after 2 bad experiences, I finally have permanent eyeliner that I love. I'm considering other permanent makeup and will definitely go back to Victoria!
