The staff was great. Also, Dr. Bush was great in explaining what was going on, how i could help, and what the next steps were. I would definitely recommend going to Dr.Bush. Loved that they have an office in Warner Robins, which is very convenient for me.

My daughter had a great allergy appointment with Dr. Bivins. He was incredibly informative, patient, and made her feel at ease the entire time. We truly appreciated his bedside manner. Honestly, nothing beats when your kid feels safe in a medical setting. That alone is everything. 💛

Wonderful caring staff. I was feeling hopeless when I walked in and walked out with a game plan for AERD which was the 1st time anyone really listened and diagnosed me other than saying I had chronic sinus infection and Allergies. I feel hope for the future. Dr Bivins and his staff are the best.

Omg best 1st time experience everrrrr! Everyone was so caring a sensitive to my sons needs and they calmed him down. Dr. Bivens was very thoughtful and thorough. He explained everything well and he answered many questions. We have a very precise and hopeful action plan to ensure we see top tier results. I will be going going there for my allergies soon.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Bush is fantastic. She really takes her time both listening to and explaining things to us. I have a child with severe food allergies. I'm thankful he has a doctor who is both knowledgeable and passionate about her work!
