Dr. Heine has been super supportive in her care and my concerns for my sons situation. She is very knowledgeable but takes the time to listen and address the issues as well as my concerns. She is awesome to test and map out a plan to address all the issues instead of an algorithm that fits one size for all. Very pleased with the entire staff including the RNs who do our shots !

I think that advanced allergy selling out to this group was the worst thing Dr Maloney could have done. I’ve been going to Advanced Allergy since I was a child, and I’ve had nothing but issues since the merger. It’s been extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone in the actual local office, the process of doing a prior authorization for my Dupixent was a complete cluster (it was declined by insurance due to a lack of documentation, i spoke with three people in the office to clarify my dose/frequency). My current issue is that I’m getting allergy tested, and no one can tell me the out of pocket cost in the local office anymore. They literally handed me a card and said here call billing. I tried to call billing, but apparently there is one lady who could tell me the cost, but she’s busy.

Dr. Poneh Heine is an incredible doctor. She is very intelligent and provides excellent care. Her nurses are also very caring and go the extra mile for their patients. Highly recommend!

Very nice staff...Dr Hiene knows her stuff and was concerned about me and my health. She and her staff is really sweet. She is concerned and she listens to you. Would recommend her to any and everyone!

I truly appreciate the nurses and staff at this office They are the front line. They are amazing They treat you like family. And I absolutely like having a Doctor that will take a few minutes and listen to your concerns. But then Dr Heine helps you understand what is going on in your situation. I can’t imagine going anywhere else with my allergy issues.
