This was such a great experience. The audiologist, Payton Lack Au, D was fantastic, did a complete hearing test, and explained all my options . I was so impressed with the entire office. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr. Woodward, highly skilled audiologist and her team are top notch . Real time ear measurements made all the difference. Perfect hearing aid fit the first timè. If you skip the audiologist best pracice measurements, you will miss half of the benefits. Staff nailed the app. and Bluetooth set up. Front desk girls were super nice helpful.

I went to NGA with moderate hearing loss and tinnitus. Dr. Woodward was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain exactly what was going on with my hearing. She provided multiple options and asked questions to guide me to the best solution to address my needs and lifestyle. Additionally, the front office staff were extremely patient and worked to get me seen as quickly as possible during one of their peak times of year.

Everyone at NGA is great! I have been dealing with vertigo for the first time in my life for a little over a month now. Dr. Means has done a fantastic job explaining everything to me about the condition, as well as what is being done during the Epley Maneuver for my treatment. You will not find a better group of folks. They are the best in the business, hands done!
