Went in for supplies that were included in my renewal of service that I paid 405.50 on May 1, 2025. I needed new batteries but I had to make an appointment in order to receive batteries. I took off work for what should have been a drop by and pick up situation. When the doctor took me back, I was told it was time to upgrade as my aids were old and outdated. They did not tell me this 4 1/2 months ago when they took my $400 for supplies and support for the year. I was told that they had a special of buy one get one 50% off and I could get credit for the $400. What adult needs two pair of hearing aids?🤣. She gave me a price of approx 3500 for good hearing aids and approximate 4200 for best. I asked if insurance would pay anything. I gave them my insurance card but after about 5-10 min

Karin is always friendly and professional making me feel that she is there to improve my hearing. She keeps me informed about my hearing and new technology. I will definitely refer friends and family members to her location. Dawn, the receptionist is also very welcoming.

I’m very pleased with my new hearing aids and they are much better than my previous pair. I had a little bit of trouble with them staying in my ears and Karen worked with me to find a solution. Updated 4/25: I went back in for a checkup and was a little bit late. They were still able to fit me in, changed out some stuff including firmware updates. I’m also happy with the Oticon app and have the device that works on the TV.

Nice clean place. Staff was very friendly and nice. Everything was explained and always asked if I had any questions. I'm enjoying and loving everything about my hearing aids. Thank you.
