Thanksgiving Point Dental

I could go into great detail with why I would not recommend Thanksgiving Point Dental. I can highlight the main reasons. I was seen by Dr. Stringham. Today was my fourth appointment within less than one months time. Dr Stringham lacked professionalism. He disclosed to me while working on 3 cavities and prepping for a crown that he loved to give out candy because it gives him job security. Secondly, when I filled out my medical history, I disclosed certain allergies I have had for years and the exact type of anesthetic. My second appointment to fill those 3 cavities and prepping for a crown he used that exact anesthetic that I had an allergy to. I knew it immediately and had an allergic reaction. I pointed out to him and his assistant, and they remained silent and continued to work. Later t

I will say everyone in the clinic is very friendly. The lady that scheduled my appointment acted like she was in a really big hurry to do something else , and I had to book out two months (the first time I made an appointment in a rush and had to call back to move it to a more convenient time). Everyone went on their lunch breaks right in the middle of my appointment so I had to wait 30 minutes for everyone to return, very unprofessional in my opinion. Don’t book clients during your lunch breaks, that doesn’t make any sense. When I was getting images for a mouth guard there was this young man that quietly came from behind me and sat down to watch…no introduction or explanation on why he was there or even if I was ok with it. Called for an emergency tooth break and these guys got me in quick. The staff was soo sweet and friendly. Dr.Armstrong and his assistant were amazing. Both of their bed side manners were unmatched. I am so impressed. I have always been so fearful at the dentist and this experience today changed everything. I would recommend them over and over again!!

I had a crown done today and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Dr. Clark was patient, gentle, and very skilled. Jessica was also wonderful—attentive, reassuring, and so kind throughout the whole visit. They make such a great team. Thank you both for the excellent care. All staff members are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Our experience here today was absolutely wonderful. It’s a very classy, professional, and friendly place. Our dental hygienist Buffy and dentist Dr. Stringham were positively first rate - the very best. The receptionists and dental assistant were all great, also. This was our first visit, and we’re so pleased to have found such an outstanding dental practice. I can’t say enough good about everyone ❤️!
