I have been going here since pre-pandemic. Every one of the practitioners is amazing... ESPECIALLY Isabel! She is super sweet, knowledgeable, and an expert in the Thai massage field. Any time I have had any back pain (from sleeping in the wrong position or stress), Isabel knows exactly which parts to focus on. The atmosphere is so peaceful and each time I leave so relaxed and ready to conquer the day :)

I have had monthly 2-hour Thai massages with the team at TTBY (Phillip, Na, Yoki) for the last three years - driving 30-45 minutes from DC to their lovingly decorated space in Falls Church. Phillip and his team take the time to understand what I want and need, and then they zero in, quickly, on EXACTLY the right spot and apply EXACTLY the right pressure to address my physical issues. I started using massage therapy decades ago upon the recommendation of a doctor who treated patients with chronic pain. It's as much art as science and the treatment here is among the best I have ever had. I'm a return customer and cannot recommend highly enough.

My husband's lower back pain progressively worsened over the years and spread to the mid back. After 11 different traditional physical therapy referrals, he decided to try something different based on the recommendation from a primary care physician / osteopath who recommended targeted stretching and Thai Yoga. He did a little research on the web and decided that the staff at Thai Bodywork and Yoga were the best qualified. Prior to his first visit, he wasn't able to sit down for more than 20 minutes without significant pain. He is now able to sit for more than an hour without pain before getting up to stretch. He also is significantly more flexible. If traditional PT with a focus on stretching and strengthening the core isn't working, give Thai Yoga a try.
