I went for a long overdue checkup . I was welcomed from the updates and communication prior to my appointment. When I got to office. The check in and wait time is over the top convenient . Dr Swofford and staff are top notch all in one package. Thank you for taking such good care of me during my visits and explaining the processes I don’t yet understand.

I want to start by saying most of the staff was fine. Dr. Swofford is very professional and seems to be a great doctor from the 1 visit I had. However, the receptionist is very rude and would rather have a smart mouth, argue with patients, and get other people to do her job because she doesn’t want to take the time to fully explain things. Instead of explaining to me that if I just rescheduled my appointment by a few days that I would avoid a copay, she just told me I had to wait. When I asked for an explanation, she put me on hold and had someone else who was very kind and professional explain it. Once that person explained it, it was much more understanding. However, the receptionist said “that’s your insurance take that up with them”. When I asked why this wasn’t explained to me when I

Super great care. Dr. Swofford explains things so well and regerral process by staff is excellent making sure they match you to a specialist that accepts your insurance. Great communication. Thank you for making the transition to a new doctor easy.

I have been going to Dr. Swofford for several years. When I call to get an appointment, the lady at the desk is always very friendly and helpful. The medical staff is very efficient. With every visit I have with Dr. Swofford, he is very thorough and very patiently goes through and explains everything on my sometimes lengthy list of questions or concerns. I trust him completely.

I’m so happy since moving to TX I found Sara. Ive always been very picky with who I trust. She actually take the time to learn her patients and listen and not make me feel rushed. She come up with care plans I never thought I needed and always get me on the right track to a better health. I literally walk in feeling like I’m apart of the family. The one one time to allow me to voice my feelings and concerns are unmatched! I’m truly thankful for her! Best NP in the game and I will forever take my family to her.
