Hunt Regional Urgent Care

I went to urgent care this afternoon because I had a ring stuck on my finger. The ring was small and I couldn't remove it because my finger was swollen. I want to thank the nurses at urgent care for their help. They were able to successfully remove the ring from my finger. I was impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the nurses and doctors there. I am grateful for their assistance and I will definitely return if needed, although hopefully not for a similar situation.LOL The nurses at urgent care are truly exceptional. Went in for a DOT physical and it was discovered that I needed a paper from a certain specialist. The staff took their time to explain to me what was needed. With it being the weekend I had to wait til monday to get the forms. When I returned that Monday all thw papers were checked to be sure I had them all and the physical was completed. Yes I passes. Unless its a extreme medical emergency. This will be my go to medical faciti!!!

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Most unhelpful experience I’ve ever had. Took my 10 month old in, tested positive for RSV and strep and her way of letting us know was by popping her head in the door and immediately leaving. Then when I asked questions and if I should take him to the ER I was given no medical advice or directions basically just said I don’t know and left. They were more concerned about leaving by closing timing than helping a baby. Don’t go here.

I scheduled an appointment at a time that fit my schedule & was pleasantly surprised at how many options I had for a same day appointment. I completed the check in process online and then within 5mins of arriving I was called back. They took time to listen to me and answer all my questions & even offered some helpful tips to help alleviate my symptoms. The staff was so nice and professional & prompt. I left feeling cared about and cared for. Should I need any future urgent care assistance I will definitely go back here.

My experience with Lakisha Flott N.P. was the most professional, warm visit ever. She was caring & attentive, very patient with me ,I was feeling very bad & her personality was very comforting. Thank you for services & staff that makes you feel cared for when all you want to do is take your meds & sleep.
