I’m very pleased with the prompt attention I received regarding sudden apparent attack of Diverticulitis. The PA for my Dr. Seffert, Jin was very understanding of my predicament and ordered a helpful Prescription with good advice about what to do if I ever experienced any worse symptoms. I have never had to deal with this before, and it was reassuring to get the information I needed. I’m glad to have a responsive practice to help me.
Everyone was very nice, from the reception to the PA. I am always happy with Dr. Lacey, but was unable to see him this time. PA Lin was very thorough. She spent a lot of time with me and heard all my concerns. She asked lots of questions, trying to get the bottom of my issues.
Impossible to get a hold of anybody at the Southlake office. I've called umpteen numbers associated with TDDC and the best I've gotten is "we'll send a message" with no expectation that it will be responded to. My pharmacist calls in a refill and they NEVER respond to the refill requests. I'm not sure what the problem with this practice is, I see numerous reviews similar to mine, and they always respond that they're letting the office manager know about this, yet nothing changes. Apparently the office manager simply doesn't care?
Dr. Kobeszko and the entire staff are the best. I picked a winning team. Dr. Kobeszko is so kind and upbeat. Talks to me, not at me. Definitely a keeper! Kaitlyn is so nice taking the time to call me about my results. Everyone is so friendly. I feel so lucky choosing TDDC. Will recommend to anyone!
I had a yearly review with Dr. Levitan’s PA, Betsy Dobson on 10/9 and as always, she is very professional, easy to talk with and acutely digests everything I have ever talked about. There were no major issues to discuss other than a medication Dr Levitan had prescribed some time ago which after further discussion with Ms. Dobson, we decided that it was no longer necessary. Dr Levitan obviously chose the very best PA to assist him. Phillip A Brooks
