If I could give them 10 stars, I would. To say Dr. Kehrwald went above and beyond for me is an understatement. Elite Audiology helped me with a bad situation that was none of their doing. They not only have my hearing aids working better than ever, but they also saved me a lot of money in the process and did not ask for one penny in return for their help. I came to Elite Audiology a couple days ago for an ear wax removal. It was my first time having that done but I knew my left ear was clogged and it was starting to cause some dizziness. Dr Elizabeth quickly and easily fixed my issue! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel super comfortable. I will definitely return here if needed in the future.

Our experience was no different. She stepped into the room and said, “Hi, I’m Dr. Liz. It’s nice to meet you!” And so began what we know will be a beautiful relationship for the coming years as we depend on Dr. Liz for our hearing care. We found her to be personable, pleasant, professional and very interested in us as new friends, not simply as new patients.
